Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products.
Partial refunds may be granted in some cases, such are:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, video games or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven't received your refund after this time:
- First check your bank or card provider, as processing may take time

Sales Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sales items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same item, email info@ashdownmusic.co.uk and send your product to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the gift was not marked as such, or shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the gift giver.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
- For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
