Operative - Electronics Assembly

Location: Heybridge / Maldon, Essex

Full-time | Permanent | Competitive Salary

We are a UK-based manufacturer of musical equipment looking for reliable and hands-on Production Operatives to join our team.

This is a practical role within a small, focused production environment. You'll be involved in electronics assembly, production support, and maintaining high standards across the workshop.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 - 17:30

Friday: 8:30 - 16:30

You must be ready to start work at 8:30.

The Role:

  • Speaker cabinet assembly
  • PCB population and electronics assembly
  • Supporting production and workflow
  • Managing parts and stock
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Following clear processes and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good attention to detail
  • Practical and hands-on
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude and team-focused

Experience in electronics or production is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.

IMPORTANT:

This is a structured working environment with clean expectations around timekeeping, quality, and teamwork.

Pay & Overtime:

  • Paid hourly based on time worked
