Saucerful of Secrets at The Royal Albert Hall

We were invited down on to the Albert Hall on Saturday night for a night of classic Pink Floyd with Nick Masons Saucerful of Secrets by our good friend Guy Pratt who was on Bass and Vocals for the night. The band includes Lee Harris on Guitar, Gary Kemp on Guitar and vocals, Dom Beken on Keys, Nick Mason on Drums and the one and only Guy Pratt… 

There is something very special about the Royal Albert Hall, its heaped with history we have been lucky enough to have seen some of our most loved bands in this venue from Beck to David Gilmour and even Biffy Clyro and Alter Bridge have graced this stage as well as countless others.

As the lights go down Guys bass starts to echo behind the atmospheric background on One of These Days as the band join the stage the venue came to life and the band clearly living their best lives on stage, enjoying every note played, grins between members as they crack through a very diverse early Pink Floyd Set list as detailed below playing fan favourites throughout the 3 piece set which was all inclusive of an interval at half time for those who wanted refreshments, it felt like a full on piece of theatre with the audience captivated throughout. A quick glance over our shoulder and none other than Mr Jimmy Page himself was sat behind us enjoying every minute of the show.

We were able to catch up with Guy and Co. after the show who were all still buzzing from such an epic set enjoyed by all.
