Isle of Wight Festival

This weekend marks the start of festival season here in the UK, with always a very difficult decision for us to make... To go to Download or the Isle of Wight festival??

This year we have headed up the road to Donnington for Download festival. That doesn't mean we are not being represented at the festival by many of our wonderful artists such as Rick Astley, Bastille, Richard Ashcroft and many more including festival headliners Biffy Clyro who take to the main stage on Sunday the 16th of June to close the 3 day event.

We have been privy to some very confidential info regarding this years headline set and we really are saddened that we wont be able to attend the event. However we wish our brothers in Biffy Clyro an awesome festival! The boys are also doing a warm up show tonight in sunny old Scarborough which sees them playing a special outside venue to a few thousand fans before making the trip south to the (not so) sunny Isle of Wight...

In case you are heading down to the event and haven't looked at the weather forecast in hope of sunny days and warm nights, pack your wellies and waterproofs as festival goers whilst waiting to get in spotted a real life tornado spiralling overhead, reports from the site have stated 'near biblical' conditions as the rain and wind builds up...

If its any consolidation it's not much better in Donnington...

Spot the VU! British Summer time! Lets hope Glastonbury's better.....
