Bastille – New Album and Festivals for 2018

Like many out there, we’re super excited for Bastille’s third studio album. The band released their first offering from album No.3 in May with their single ‘Quarter Past Midnight’.

The album will be the follow up to 2016’s ‘Wild World’, which followed on from their debut album ‘Bad Blood’ in 2013… And it was since 2013 that Bastille’s Bass player, Will Farquarson chose to upgrade his trusted Ashdown MAG-300 combo with a a road-ready ABM rig, consisting of two ABM-900s on top of ABM-410 and ABM-115 cabs. Will upgraded his rig once again for 2016’s ‘Wild World’ tour with ABM-600-RCs, so everything can be neatly racked off stage. At home Will uses his Ashdown B-Social for living room jamming.

We’re waiting patiently for the launch of the new album and accompanying tour, but before then you can #spotthevu with Will Farquarson and Bastille and the following UK festivals in the next couple of months. A special one to watch out for is RiZE Festival – Chelmsford’s new music festival, which replaces the iconic V-Fest, headlined by Liam Gallagher and Stereophonics at the iconic Hylands Park in Chelmsford on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th August 2018.

See you there.
