Celebrating 50 Years of Intasound - Music, Community and Making a Difference

For 50 years, Intasound has been at the heart of the music community, helping musicians find the right gear, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships with players of every level. Milestones like this deserve to be celebrated, and we're delighted to be supporting their 50th Birthday Celebration.

Taking place on Sunday the 12th of July from 1pm at The Black Horse, Aylestone, the event promises to be a fantastic afternoon of live music, hot food, giveaways and raffles, with performances from The Daryl & Jimmy Duo, Mark Elliot and Calder. Best of all, entry is completely free, making it the perfect opportunity for the local music community to come together.

But this celebration is about far more than marking five decades in the business.

Alongside the festivities, the raffle will help raise funds in support of Ella-Grace, the niece of the Intasound team, who is currently undergoing treatment following a cancer diagnosis. It's a cause that is incredibly close to their hearts, and one that has already inspired an outpouring of support from friends, customers and the wider music community.

Here at Ashdown, we're proud to have donated a selection of prizes for the raffle. Music has always had a unique way of bringing people together, and we're honoured to play a small part in helping support such an important cause while celebrating an incredible independent music retailer.
