Our friends at Soundhouse Japan recently featured the incredible talented Mikito Yamanokuchi putting the Ashdown PRO-DI through its paces - and the results speak for themselves.

Bork in Osaka in 1997, Mikito began playing bass at just 12 years old in his local church. Now based in Tokyo, he's built a reputation for his dynamic and expressive playing across genres including rock, pop, funk, R&B, and soul, performing with artists such as ReiRay, Yuna Park, Aoi, Sala, Mami Daito and Yui Koda.

In this video, Mikito demonstrates how the Ashdown PRO-DI captures every detail of his tone - from deep, full-bodied lows to sparkling clarity on top. The PRO-DI's studio-grade design ensures his sound remains powerful and precise, whether in the studio or on stage.

A huge thank you to Soundhouse and Mikito Yamanokuchi for showcasing how the PRO-DI brings out the very best in every performance.
