Learn to Play Day 2016

Ashdown at PMT East London...

‘Learn to Play Day’ is on the weekend of Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th March 2016 and is the flagship event of the UK’s Music for All Charity.

Learn to Play Day invites the general public to come along to one of the many participating venues in the UK for a free taster lesson on a musical instrument of their choice, in the aim of encouraging people or all ages to ‘learn to play’.

Whether you have always wanted to play, you used to play or you’re just thinking of getting started - this is the day for you!

A whole bunch of music stores are the UK are taking part in the event, including all of the PMT stores across the country. They have arranged for some local tutors to give free music introduction lessons, as well as getting some amazing brands (like Ashdown) to give tutorials and demonstrations on their gear – everything you need to get you started.

A member of staff from team Ashdown will joining the nice guys at PMT East London for the day, so head over, say ‘hi’, plug a bass in to one of our amps and get a free tutorial.

Please ensure you contact your local PMT Music Store to book a time slot with a tutor.
