Glastonbury 2015!

We had a great day

At Glastonbury festival this Sunday. We headed down early to meet up with Death Cab for Cutie who were playing the John Peel stage later that evening, for a catch up and to return the newly serviced ABM-500 EVO II head from 2005. Nick first bought the head from Bass North West in Seattle (he has used it ever since). This was its first service in 10 years and it had been through a lot including a stage collapse in Ottawa.

The show was fantastic the band are on fine form and will have some more UK dates coming soon. Be sure to catch them if you can, head over to the bands website on more info on tour dates.

Check out some of the live coverage from the event (UK Only due to the BBC) here are a few sets from Ashdown artists at the weekend including a very surprise raucous set from The Libertines, who are coming back with a new album later this year, Suede who headlined the John Peel Stage on Saturday night, Everything Everything and many more over the weekend. Simply click HERE for all the live sets from the festival.

We would have loved to see the Foo Fighters Headline on the Friday night but alas it was not to be (this year). We hope that Dave is on the mend and looking forward to catching them on the road on their up and coming North American tour.

With festival season in full flow be sure to be on the look out for any Ashdown VU's glowing across the stage #spotthevu.
