Download Festival 2017 Roundup
Ashdown on the main stage each night!...
It seems like it was just yesterday that we were basking in sunshine in festival fields during the summer of 2016, but here we are; another year and another run of legendary UK festivals.
Once again, Ashdown’s world famous series of bass amplifiers will be making appearances on stages up and down the country.
Kicking off with Download Festival at Donington Park, team Ashdown were electrified to see their signature VU meters bouncing on the main stage across all three nights. Friday with Shavo Odadjian of System of a Down, Saturday with James Johnston of Biffy Clyro and Sunday with Brian Marshall of Alter Bridge.
System of a Down are back on their reunion tour with a new album set to release later this year. As the first night headliners, the Download festival veterans lived up to their legacy with an explosive set.
After headlining Reading & Leeds festival twice, Biffy Clyro’s Download Festival headline debut was one to go down in their ever-expanding history book.
Never failing to deliver, Alter Bridge wrapped up Ashdown’s Download festival presence with a rock solid set, before Aerosmith closed the show with their last ever appearance at Download, as part of their farewell tour.
Stay tuned for more festival action with Ashdown this summer.
