Ashdown proudly made its return to Music China 2025 in Shanghai, celebrating another incredible year of sharing our love for bass with musicians from around the world. The show floor was alive with excitement, and it's been fantastic to welcome so many bass players customers, and friends to our stand to check our what's new from Ashdown.
CELEBRATING BRITISH CRAFTSMANSHIP
Front and centre this year were our brand-new UK-ABM-EVO IV head sand cabinets. Hand-built at our UK Custom Shop, these amps embody everything Ashdown stands for - power, reliability, and unmistakable musicality. The UK-ABM-EVO IV range carries forward nearly three decades of heritage, offering that signature warm, dynamic Ashdown tone, now refined with the latest design and component updates.
SHORTLISTED FOR INNOVATION
We're also thrilled to announce that our latest products have been shortlisted for the 2025 Music China New Product Award - recognition of our continued dedication to innovation, quality, and craftsmanship. It's an honour to see our work celebrated on such a prestigious international stage.
BASS IN THE BLOOD
Our booth was buzzing for the whole show - from loyal members of the Ashdown family proudly wearing their Bass in the Blood shirts, to countless musicians discovering (or rediscovering) the sound that defines our amps. Surrounded by stunning displays of heads, cabs, and artist imagery, the atmosphere perfectly captured the deep connection between Ashdown and the global bass community.
