Ashdown spoils my ears with every single note. I'm pleased to play it on stage with the popular swiss-pop band "plüsch" as well as with different funk- and jazz-bands. In early 1997, the five guys from Interlaken founded a band because they wanted to make some music in their spare time. Soon they were on the stages of local events (then under the name VIP), played cover versions of popular pop songs and gained stage experience. Then they discovered their mother tongue, Sony Music signed them, and the radio stations discovered plüsch. The first album Plüsch (2002) with the hits Heimweh, UFO and Häbs guet received platinum three times. 2004 followed the album Sidefiin (two times platinum) and 2006 Früh gwäsche (one time platinum). At numerous concerts Plüsch developed the reputation of a thrilling live band, which always maintains the closeness to its audience.
