Jimmy Ashhurst
In 2005 Buckcherry founders, frontman Josh Todd and his co-writer, guitarist Keith Nelson recruited guitarist Stevie D., bassist Jimmy Ashhurst and drummer Xavier Muriel to make their comeback album, "15", which was named after the number of days it took to record the LP; it was released by Universal Japan in November and splashed down in North America in April 2006 breaking into the top 40 of The Billboard 200, eventually earning the platinum certification. "Crazy Bitch", the first single off the band's third album, peaked at #3 on The Hot Mainstream Rock chart and reached the #13 slot on The Hot Modern Rock Tracks. The second single, "Next 2 You", was another Active Rock radio top 20 hit, but "Everything" did better, peaking at #6 on the same chart; a fourth single, the powerful "Broken Glass", also hit The Mainstream Rock top 40 chart but the final single "Sorry" became the most successful song off the album breaking into the top 10 of The Billboard Hot 100 and peaking at #7 in Canada.
