Jerry Meehan
Writer/Producer, Bass Player, Director of Wendy House Productions, Multi Media Production Company, with Recording Studios and AV Suite in London. The last 5 years he has mainly been working with Robbie Williams as a writer/ producer and playing bass in his band. Jerry studied Bassoon composition and conducting at Chetham’s School of music Manchester and won a scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Since leaving the Guildhall he has worked extensively within the music industry. Jerry, who was a finalist in Young Musician of the Year and principle bassoon in the National Youth Orchestra has worked with artists including Steve Wonder, Annie Lennox, Beth Orthon, Will Young, Talvin Singh, Omar, Midge Ure, Boyzone, Bryan Ferry, Roger Daltrey, and in the classical field has worked with names such as Leonard Bernstein, Pierre Boulez and Jesse Norman. He has written the music for many commercial musical projects including “Starsky and Hutch”, “The Visitors” , "The Emperor’s Wife ", best Film Score Prize at the Rome film festival. TV commercials include, Ford, Harvest Crunch, Doritos, Muller, Pizza Hut, and Sanderson.
