Ashdown Amps Make an Appearance in Guitar Hero

If you were particularly good last year, Santa would have brought you Guitar Hero Live for Christmas. 

Developed by FreeStyleGames, Guitar Hero ‘Live’ features real-life full motion video taken from the perspective of a lead guitarist during a rock concert. The real life crowd and fellow band members enthusiastically (or disapprovingly) react to the player's performance during the game. Also new for Guitar Hero Live was the development of a new 6 button guitar controller, which gives a more realistic guitar-like experience.

But perhaps the real highlight for gear geeks is seeing your favourite gear on stage. The bass player in the Guitar Hero band uses a Fender Precision Bass with none other than an Ashdown ABM Rig. The more eagle-eyed musician/player may distinguish the rig as a duo of ABM 500 RC EVO III chrome-finished heads and ABM 8 x 10” Cabs.

Guitar Hero Live features a great set list, featuring a number of songs by Ashdown Artists including System Of A Down, The Who, Biffy Clyro, Paramore, You Me At Six, Arctic Monkeys and more.
