Launched at the 2016 NAMM show, Ashdown Engineering take a leap in to the consumer electronics market with Meters Cubed Bluetooth Home Micro Audio System.

You can’t plug a bass in to them, but at 20 watts - the sweet, stylish and dynamic Meters Cubed will rumble your desktop or bookshelf with all your favourite music, wirelessly, directly from your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Meters Cubed is a micro audio system like no other and utilizes Ashdown’s signature VU meter, normally reserved for reading the input levels on bass guitar amplifiers. The illuminated VU shows the music playback level status at a glance, so you don’t only hear your music – you see it too!

Meters Cubed employs Bluetooth 4.0 technology which allows for wireless music streaming from your smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC or Mac. Meters Cubed also features a 3.5mm jack aux-in for use with non-Bluetooth devices too.

With a diameter of just 90mm (cubed) and neatly rounded styling, the mains powered Meters Cubed will take up little desktop space but pack a punch with mSound DSP Sound Enhancement Technology.
