NAMM 2016 - Day One

The world famous NAMM show...

The world famous NAMM show... the largest music industry trade show in the world has opened its doors for 2016 and Ashdown are open for business.

The Ashdown Engineering team and back, joining the rest of the music industry in Anaheim, California for four jam-packed days of new gear, networking, musicians, beer and hopefully a little sunshine.

We have seen a killer start to NAMM 2016 with some cool new gear being uncovered from some of the industry’s manufacturers in DJ, pro audio, software, guitars and amplifiers. Not ones to take a back seat at such an opportunity, the Ashdown team are extremely proud to unveil their latest offerings to the bass amplifier market with the all new, freshly updated Rootmaster EVO and AAA EVO series of bass amps.

Ashdown Rootmaster EVO Range

With Less weight, new looks and more power upgrades the second evolution of Ashdown’s Rootmaster range remains true to its predecessor, by delivering workhorse reliability and great tone at an affordable price. The Rootmaster EVO range offers a focused range of lightweight bass amplifier heads, cabs and combos with improved features and finish, coupled with a dramatic reduction in weight.

Ashdown AAA EVO Range

The second evolution of the hugely popular Ashdown AAA Range provides a new lightweight Ply-wood construction, a sleek new look with its vintage red cloth grilles and more power upgrades, as well as utilizing the latest technology in connectivity with iOS devices. The new AAA EVO range is an observable evolution from its earlier incarnations. 

Every year we see the Anaheim Covention Center turn into the world’s largest showcase for the newest and best equipment for making music - and 2016 is no exception.
