A little update, due to the current state of affairs we wanted to communicate with you all that we are following advice from the UK Government and Public Health England regarding COVID-19.
Under normal circumstances we very much welcome visits from the Ashdown community, but at this time please be aware that Ashdown HQ is currently CLOSED to anyone who is not a current employee of Ashdown until further notice, and we are only admitting delivery personnel as needed.
Rest assured however the Ashdown team have plans in place and by adapting our normal working practices we will remain working remotely for as long as it is safe to do so.
We will continue to ship online orders and telephone orders on a limited basis, we have planned to ship on a Tuesday and a Thursday every week until further notice. So any orders placed between Friday-Tuesday will be delivered on a Wednesday and any orders placed Tuesday-Thursday will go out for a Friday delivery. Order cut-off time is 2pm for items in stock.
We have all been briefed on measures to prevent the spread of the virus and will continue to monitor advice and guidance given and put further measures in place as and when required.
If you are therefore in need of a service/repair we are able to offer advice remotely and will also continue to ship parts/accessories/merchandise as needed. Products can also be shipped to us for service/repair which we will carry out and send back.

Our thoughts go out around the globe to our friends in the music industry - music stores, bands, festivals, bars, clubs, venues, record shops - and beyond during this incredibly difficult time.
We all have a responsibility to minimise the spread of this virus as much as possible, we therefore want to encourage all of you to practice social distancing whilst also checking in and helping those more vulnerable where at all possible.
