We are currently working on an update to improve the user experience during the over the air update process to update your headphones. Whilst this is underway and is scheduled for release at the end of the week with via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We have paused the App until this release is available.
Existing users are encouraged to keep using the app and also a note to existing users please keep them charged until the new release is available as there is a chance the battery will drain completely rending the headphones ‘DEAD’ and unable to take a charge.
If you experience this, we will issue you a replacement and cover any return costs of the defective units. This only relates to headphones operating on firmware version 1.44 all previous releases are operating as expected.
