Brighten the Corners Festival 2023

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Brighten the Corners for their 2023 Festival.

Formerly known as Sound City Ipswich, the festival is a two-day multi-venue festival in Ipswich on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June 2023.

Joe Bailey, CEO of Brighten The Corners said, We are really excited and proud to be working with Ashdown Engineering for our festival and beyond with our 3 music venues in Ipswich. To work with such a highly regarded worldwide company is fantastic for us, especially as they are based in the East of England. To have their amplification across the festival and venues long-term really shows a marker of where we want to go as an organisation. We’re putting the best possible equipment into the hands of our artists which will then benefit our audience experience. We look forward to having a great ongoing relationship with Ashdown which will benefit music lovers coming to Ipswich for years to come.

The multi-venue festival takes place across Ipswich features stages at The Corn Exchange, outside on The Cornhill and at Brighten The Corners' own venues: The Baths, The Church and The Smokehouse.
