Biffy at Barrowlands

We went up to Glasgow on Friday

After a long old train journey up the road to sunny Glasgow we were greeted by the fine folks of Biffy Clyro, the last time we were up with them in their home town was way back in 2007 for two nights at Barrowlands around the release of the 2007 album Puzzle. These gigs were put on by the band for the Fans and for all that have been along for their incredible journey over the past decade or so…. 

Playing rare B sides and some live firsts the set list for the first of 3 nights consisted of tracks from the bands first studio album ‘Blackend Sky’ and their 2007 album ‘Puzzle’…. Needless to say the band were on fine form buzzing from the crowds reaction to every note, singing every word as loud as they possibly could. 

The band then went on to play 2 more nights of old and rare materials spanning their 6 album back catalogue. 

Thanks to James, Si, Ben, Mike, Gambler, Churd, Neil and the rest for their hospitality and support over the years its been a lot of fun, long live the BIFF!
